Campus Access Control Systems Below is a list of the contact information of people who are responsible for managing smartcard-controlled access into areas of the campus. All entries in GREEN indicate that there is a link between the smartcard issuing system (at Robinson Library, Walton Library and Kingsgate) and the access control system in question. So if a smartcard is replaced (due to loss, expiry or fault) the card chip number will be automatically updated in the building access control system and therefore the smartcard owner does not need to do anything in order for their new smartcard to allow continued access. In all other cases, it is necessary to inform the access control manager for the building whenever a smartcard is replaced.
