Android Visual Voicemail Setting up your Visual Voicemail From Your Wireless Phone Download the Cellcom Visual Voicemail App from the Google Play store and follow the set up instructions: 1. When going into the application for the first time, you will be presented with a welcome screen. To continue press Next. 2. The next screen gives a brief description of the application. After reading, press Next. 3. This screen explains that on the next screen, you will be prompted for the Voicemail Password. Press Next. 4. Enter your password and press OK. You can either use your existing password, or create a new one. 5. Upon user authentication, you will be brought to the personal greeting screen where you can create a new greeting or if you already have a greeting you can skip this step.
Using Your Visual Voicemail Checking Messages 1. You will get a notification when a new message arrives. 2. When you receive a new voice message notification, drag down the notification bar and tap Cellcom Visual Voicemail notification or go into the Voicemail app and tap Inbox. This provides a list of all your messages.
Playing Messages 1. Go into the Cellcom Visual Voicemail App Inbox. 2. Tap the message you want to view. 3. In the voice message, press the Play button to listen to the new voice message. 4. If you have already listened to a message, tap the message and then press Play to replay it. 5. The message will remain saved for 30 days unless you delete it.
Deleting Messages 1. Tap the message. 2. Tap the Trash Can image at bottom of the screen or press the Menu button on the phone and then press Delete. 3. Tap Yes to confirm deleting the voicemail message.

Go into the Visual Voicemail Main Menu and tap Preferences. Tap Change Password. Enter new Password. Tap OK.
Changing the Greeting 1. Go into the Visual Voicemail Main Menu and tap Greetings. 2. Press and hold on the greeting you want to record and then select Record. 3. Tap Record to record your greeting. 4. Tap Stop & Play to stop the recording and listen to the recording to verify its quality. 5. Tap “Yes” if you want to keep the recorded greeting or “No” if you wish to rerecord. 6. Go back to the Main Menu to synchronize the greeting.
Setting the Active Greeting 1. Go into the Visual Voicemail Main Menu and tap Greetings. 2. Tap the Greeting you would like to be your active greeting. 3. Go back to the Main Menu to synchronize the greeting.
