Sir, With reference to the above, I would like to inform you that collection of Data Capture Format (DCF) for unified District Information system for Education (U-DISE) 2012-13 under SSA & RMSA in progress in all the districts of Assam. For this purpose, a Data Capture Format (DCF) needs to be filled up by all the head of institutions/ colleges and the filled up Data Capture Formats are to be submitted to the Block Mission Office, SSA or Inspector of Schools of the respective Block/District within 18th January/2013. The required Data Capture Formats are available with the Inspector of schools in the respective district. You are, therefore, requested to treat the matter as urgent and to collect filled up and submitted the Data Capture Formats immediately within the stipulated time.
