He has become technical-scientific consultant for some boards but he has never neglected his artistic side by writing novels and poems, even awarded, and becoming a columnist for some newspapers. He has been teaching Mathematics and Physics at the Scientific High School “G.B. Grassi” since 2001, holding several posts like Public Relations, Secretary of the School Council, director of the Laboratory of Physics and of the Planetarium “Livio Gratton”. In 2002 he managed the Handicap-related Problems’ Network. In 2003 he chaired the project Evolution of Rational Thinking and Epistemological Problems. In 2004 he was hired for the IFTS project Transformation of Agroindustrial Products. In 2005 he managed the projects Govorim Po-Italianski (Italian language for Russian-speaking foreigners) and European Youth Parliament EYP; he was elected Secretary of AEDE-Latina (European Association of Teachers). In 2006 he coordinated the European project Leonardo Da Vinci. In 2007 he became coordinator for Security and Privacy and he participated in the 93rd IPS Congress (Pisa). In 2008 he participated in the 5ECM (Amsterdam), in the CMD22 (Rome), in the SIGRAV08 (Cosenza) and he was invited to hold a Lectio Magistralis (Terracina). In 2009 he was invited by IACONU09 (Kharkov), GND09 (Pune), ICMP09 (Prague), Sapio Prize (Milan), Zentralblatt (ZBL) and to hold a Lectio Magna (Latina); he participated in the 95th IPS Congress (Bari). In 2010 he was invited by the International Year of Astronomy and Sapio Prize (Rome), he participated in the 96th IPS Congress (Bologna) and in the 15th SAIt School of Astronomy (Stilo); in Latina he organized the astronomical events Moon Watch Party and Double Hubble; he was elected School Delegate by the Italian Democratic Party. During 2011 he has been invited by the International Year of Chemistry, Sapio Prize (Turin), IACONU11 (Luhansk) and by ICMSA 2011 (New Delhi); he has participated in the GIREP11 (Jyvaskyla) and in the 97th IPS Congress (L’Aquila); he has organized the 50th anniversary of Gagarin’s flight, the Space Shuttle’s 30 years the Bon voyage, Voyager-1! and other events at the Planetarium “Livio Gratton”. Fellow of various scientific associations, e.g. the Italian Astronomical Society, he has received some awards, e.g. the Latina Image Prize for Science, and the Honorary Doctorate by the Cosmopolitan University; his homepage http://xoomer.virgilio.it/enzobonacci/ has been cited by Google Top Science.

The Planetarium of Latina (Italy) Mr. Enzo Bonacci (Italy), Honorary Doctor Introduction The “Livio Gratton” is a small size planetarium (40-seat capacity) located in Latina; it belongs to the Scientific High School “G.B. Grassi” since its construction in 2003. In less than nine months the number of admissions has been superior to 2000, but the situation was rather different previously, when the almost absolute lack of information about the structure and the few visitors induced the Principal Gaspare Cecconi to accomplish a managing, cultural, educational and scientific valorization policy. Such galvanizing experience is worthy to be described from the discouraging premises till the positive response from audience and critics.

The situation was rather different previously, when the almost absolute lack of information about the structure and the few visitors induced the Principal Gaspare Cecconi to accomplish a valorization policy. A managing policy (search for sponsors, TV and radio spots, interviews etc…):

An educational policy (Astronomical Olympics, IYA2009, GHIS2011, IYC2011 etc…):

4

A cultural policy (cultural events, a rock anthem for the Planetarium etc…):

A scientific policy (astronomical events, commemorative meetings etc…):
