Delphi advised Image Systems AB (pub) on its fully underwritten rights issue
Delphi has advised Image Systems AB (publ), which is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, on its recent rights issue with preferential rights for existing shareholders. Image Systems is a Swedish high-tech company and a leading provider of products and services within high resolution image processing. The company caters to a variety of industries globally and conducts operations in the three business areas RemaSawco, Digital Vision and Motion Analysis. Image Systems has more than 90 employees through offices in Linköping, Stockholm, Nyköping, Västerås and Sundsvall and also abroad in the UK, USA, Norway, Finland and New Zealand. Delphi's team was led by partner Marcus Nivinger, mainly assisted by Olof Reinholdsson and Erik Persson. In addition, a number of lawyers from the Stockholm office have been involved in the transaction.
