BSA/SCUP  College  +  University  Roundtable     Tuesday  February  26,  2012     Tufts  University   Steve  Tisch  Sports  and  Fitness  Center,  at  the  Cousens  Gym,  161  College  Avenue   Medford,  MA     Finding  Fit  on  Campus:    Staying  Fit  for  Life:  Learn  about  Reebok’s  “Culture  of  Wellness”         We  measure  everything  from  our  GPA,  to  our  credit  score.    We  engage  in  competitions  around  our   building’s  energy  consumption.    Campuses  and  corporations  alike  are  taking  note  of  the  obesity   epidemic  in  America,  and  are  on  a  mission  to  make  a  difference.    Come  learn  how  Reebok  is  building  a   culture  of  wellness  on  their  campus,  and  how  their  fitness  and  dining  facilities,  and  all  the  spaces  in   between  are  shaping  up.  Learn  ways  to  incorporate  fitness,  and  healthy  eating,  into  your  campus   environment  and  culture  to  provide  healthier  lifestyles  for  your  students,  and  provide  strategies  they   can  incorporate  into  their  daily  lives  not  just  while  they  are  students,  but  also  throughout  their  lives.     Schedule:   9:30  –  10:00  –  Continental  Breakfast  Buffet   10:00  –  11:30  –  Presentation   11:30  –  12:00  -­‐  Tour  of  Tufts  new  fitness  facilities     To  get  there:   1. Take  the  T  to  Davis  Square.  It’s  a  1  mile  walk  along  College  Ave.    through  Powder  House  Square     2. Reasonably  priced  visitor  parking  is  available  at  the  parking  garage  at  419  Boston  Ave.   3. Consider  carpooling.     Introduction  by  Ed  Hodges,  Principal  and  CEO,  DiMella  Shaffer  Associates   Speakers:   Bill  Holmes  is  Senior  Vice  President  of  Human  Resources  for  Reebok  Brand.  He  is  responsible  for  the   creation  and  implementation  of  the  Reebok  Brand  Employee  Value  Proposition:   Fit  For  Your  Life  /  Fit  For  Your  Career.    He  is  also  responsible  for  driving  the  HR   strategy  for  Reebok  globally.  Bill  has  a  B.A.  from  Tufts  University.    He  and  his  wife   have  three  children  and  live  here  in  Boston.         Mike  Kratochwill  is  the  Director  of  Reebok  Gyms  for  the  Reebok  Brand.    He  is   responsible  for  the  strategic  development  and  execution  of  Reebok  branded   CrossFit  gyms  globally,  including  Reebok’s  CrossFit  gym  on  the  campus  of  its  global   headquarters  in  Canton,  MA.  Mike  has  a  B.S.  and  M.S.  in  Mechanical  Engineering   from  Tufts  University,  along  with  an  M.B.A.  from  the  F.W.  Olin  School  at  Babson   College.    He  and  his  wife  have  four  children  and  live  in  Medfield,  Massachusetts.         BSA/SCUP  College  and  University  Roundtable  thanks    DiMella  Shaffer  Associates  for  their  generous   support  in  sponsoring  this  event.
