TSL AVAILABLE REPAIR OPTIONS FOR 330C/330D/336D/D6R C9 ENGINES Option 1 : Fuel System Repair A repair option that is fast, affordable and reduces engine fuel system downtime. Option 2 : Top End Overhaul This is a cost-effective, field service repair option for preventive maintenance repair. Free 250Hrs P.M. Kit with S·O·SSM sampling bottle. Option 2+ : Top End Overhaul and HEUI Pump An add on to Option 2 to include fuel system repair options for optimal engine operation. Free 250Hrs P.M. Kit with S·O·SSM sampling bottle. Option 3 : Complete Engine Overhaul To provide engine a new life after overhaul. Free 250Hrs P.M. Kit with S·O·SSM sampling bottle. Exclude major components as follows:       

Option 4A & 4B : Reman Parts Option To provide customer with Reman parts to do their own repair. With Reman parts, customer can shorten their repair duration and still receive same 12 month parts warranty for your Reman part.

Note: This drawing illustrates only some of the Option 3 parts. If you wish to know the specific parts included in each of the repair options, please refer to the work scope and contact your Parts & Service Sales Rep.

Terms & Conditions:  All guaranteed turnaround days exclude machining and metal fabrication works.  Applicable to specific Cat equipment model only.  Option 1, 2 & 2+ are field service repair options. Option 3 is in workshop repair.  Customer to arrange lifting facility on site. Exclusion Items:  Removal and Installation of engine to and from machine.  Transportation.  Servicing of Radiator and Aftercooler.  Machining and Metal Fabrication Works.  Add on charges for above additional work scopes or item replacement, if required.

Work Scope Remove, install all fuel injectors for exchange Remove, install HEUI pump for exchange Remove, install fuel priming pump for replacement Remove, install injector harness for replacement Re-program injectors with trim codes Remove, install turbocharger cartridge for exchange Remove, recondition and install cylinder head Remove, recondition and install lube oil pump Remove, recondition and install fresh water pump Remove, install and replace fan belt Remove, recondition and install fan drive group Remove, replace and install with Reman starter motor Remove replaced and install with Reman alternator Remove, install valve mechanism group for recondition Remove, install exhaust manifold for cleaning and checking Clean and pressure test lube oil cooler Check engine wiring, harness and sensors Remove and install all pistons and rods for inspection Remove, install camshaft for checking Remove, install crankshaft for checking and polishing Remove, replace and install crankshaft main & thrust bearings and con rod bearings Remove, install front and rear housings & gear train for checking Remove, install and clean front timing gears for checking Remove, install and clean flywheel for checking Clean and inspect cylinder block group Clean and inspect fumes disposal group and replace engine breather Clean and inspect oil and fuel lines group Clean and inspect water lines & air lines group Inspect/Replace hoses and clamps Replace water regulator and clean housing Replace gaskets & seals (in relevant options) Change lube oil and filters Perform dynamometer test Carry out standard spray painting Start up and test engine Guaranteed turnaround time (Days) Total Price SGD
