How solving the problem of oblivion of babies and children up to seven years in the car, through the FUZZY and TRIZ methodologies. Rodrigues L1, Fandiño S2, Santos M3, Fernandes M4
According to research sites about automotive industry, has not solution to save child forgotten in the car, yet. This study aims to identify the causes that lead to forgotten of babies and children up to seven years in the car, and through the integration of FUZZY methodologies and TRIZ, to seek a model to reduce and eliminate cases in which babies are forgotten and consequences come to death, in most cases are caused by hyperthermia. This study is characterized by the produce of a new technology that has the potential to reduce with zero the causes of neglect of babies and children in the car, the cost of implementation is low to compare the value of human life.
Keywords: Children; Car; Fuzzy and Triz methodologies.
1 Introduction In Brazil, on recent years, have frequent reports about cases of child deaths forgotten in cars, it was noticed that there is a need for technological investments in this 1Luiz

area. To produce all research to solve this problem, are required new developments to technology project trying to propose solutions, but each one in particular, does not met all the necessary and important points when the main object is the life or a child's safety. After analysis of the occurrence of the act of forgetting a baby in the car, the objective to user is to see a situation with the many variables, was presented in the most of them, opposed from the other proposals that was used only a variable (the presence of the child).
2 Objectives This study will propose a solution to the problem that has been reported not only in Brazil, but also in the USA. During this article, we intend to identify the main causes of this problem, and propose the development of a technology that meets the key points identified how causes of the forgotten, by TRIZ and Fuzzy method.
2.1 Methods The product was developed with the intention to integrate two methods of engineering, showed that can complement each other in the development of a product, about the proposed problem. Having in this study, the need to work with many variables, was used a model of support to very objective decision, the fuzzy method. Through this methodology the most relevant data was analyzed, and with the results, can identify the great mode to act by the second methodology, the TRIZ, to development of product.
2.1.1 TRIZ Method TRIZ, in Russian: я я ь х , teoriya resheniya izobretatelskikh zadach, literally: "theory of the resolution of invention-related tasks") is "a problem-solving, analysis and forecasting tool derived from the study of patterns of invention in the global patent literature". It was developed by the Soviet inventor and science-fiction author Genrich Altshuller (1926-1998) and his colleagues, beginning in 1946. In English the name is typically rendered as "the theory of inventive problem solving".

The research has produced three primary findings: problems and solutions are repeated across industries and sciences; patterns of technical evolution are also repeated across industries and sciences; the innovations used scientific effects outside the field in which they were developed; TRIZ presents a systematic approach for understanding and defining challenging problems: difficult problems require an inventive solution, and TRIZ provides a range of strategies and tools for finding these inventive solutions. One of the earliest findings of the massive research on which the theory is based is that the vast majority of problems that require inventive solutions typically reflect a need to overcome a dilemma or a trade-off between two contradictory elements. The central purpose of TRIZ-based analysis is to systematically apply the strategies and tools to find superior solutions that overcome the need for a compromise or tradeoff between the two elements. It is hoped that this work by linking these two concepts can be achieved a great point in improving the product. Both theories expect the objective of the best efficiency. Utilizing Fuzzy logic expect for the best assignment of a numerical value, and the TRIZ methodology in the selection of best ideas for product improvement. In view of the adequacy of the time, the combination of concepts may eventually reach the nearest point of customer satisfaction limit.

2.1.2 FUZZY Method According to Simoes and Shaw, 1999, with application of fuzzy logic, can be created conditions to treat the logical information by following natural rules of reasoning, for example: if too low voltage THEN turn off the engine. This is the analysis of a particular condition will have a certain result. The foundations of this theory comes from the fuzzy sets (fuzzy sets), which allow the manipulation of accurate figures, abstract verbal expressions (very low, low, far, too fast, etc). Given the high degree of complexida of baseda modeling on fuzzy logic a large computational strength is required for the verbal expressions are converted to numbers. This phase is known as "fuzzyfication" and is from it that a control strategy it will be implemented. According Feitosa (1992), in 1965, Professor L. A. Zadeh of the University of Berkeley, USA, suggested an alternative set theory, theory that, much more flexible, to meet your needs. A theory in which the passage of relevance to the irrelevance were made of a slow and gradual and not abrupt as in the usual set theory. There form us came the Fuzzy Sets, whose "fuzzy" word can be translated nebula.
3 Results After the research to the development of this article, it has identified the need to create a new technology that meets all variables present in this problem. The indicators show that this solution has the potential enough to solve all cases of babies and children forgotten in the car.
4 Conclusion The most important in this article is the technological proposal can be alert the adult in car, about the child forgotten. In the attention cases, an alert is directly to the authorities, and in some situations was observed a direct contact with the police and fireman, can solve high problems. It is of great importance that the car would have prepare to all kind of incident or a possible accident.
