Semantics‐enabled Software Engineering SCOPE ‐ With the prevalence of semantic technologies and the emergence of a networked environment on the Web, which is becoming a focal center of attention for knowledge sharing and process execution, software research and practice would need to move towards adaptability with these emerging technologies. Semantic technologies can play a major role in enhancing the reusability and extensibility of software systems, supporting improvements in quality assurance and measurement, speeding software development through semantic‐aware component‐based systems and commercially off the shelf products (COTS), and many other areas. Software engineering research can hence highly benefit from semantic techniques. We solicit high‐ quality contributions with consolidated and thoroughly evaluated application‐oriented research results or review articles in the area of semantic enabled software. SUGGESTED TOPICS:
