HOW TO GET TO KRAKOW By air : Krakow has its International Airport at Balice, which is situated just 15 km from the city centre. The nearest airports are John Paul II International Airport in Kraków (KRK) – 20 km from EXPO Krakow [www.krakowairport.en] and Katowice International Airport (KTW) – 80 km [www.katowice-airport.com]. By train: It is also possible to reach Krakow by international train. There are a lot of connections from different European cities and all the larger cities in Poland. The journey by Intercity train from Krakow to Warsaw takes only 2,5 hours. By car: Krakow has direct access to the international motorways E40 and E77 with international traffic signs. INFORMATION WHO REQUIRES A VISA? All countries and territories that are members of the Schengen acquis, of the EU or of EFTA. Positive visa list of countries (also known as White Schengen List) from whose citizens no visa is required to enter the territory of the EU member states for a period of maximum 90 days.

Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond date of arrival required by all. Application to: Consulate (or Consular section at Embassy); see Contact Addresses section for details. Application requirements: (a) Passport (3 months from the date of intended departure from Poland, with at least two blank visa pages ). (b) Completed and signed application form. (c) Two passport-size photo. (d) Evidence of immigration status in country of residence, endorsed in current or previous passport (if applicable). (e) Fee, payable by cash/postal order. Short-stay: (a)-(e) and, (f) Confirmation of travel itinerary, accommodation booking or invitation from friends or family in Poland. The invitation should be entered in the register of invitations in a Regional Office. (f) The visa for country of destination. (g) Transport documentation, such as a rail or aeroplane ticket. Note: Applications submitted without these requirements will not be considered by the Consular offices and will be returned to the applicant. Holders of Polish visa are still subject to immigration control at the Polish border and are not guaranteed entry. All visitors must possess sufficient funds to cover the cost of their stay. INVITATION LETTERS Participants requiring a visa for entry into Poland are strongly advised to make their application in their home country at least 2 months before the intended date of travel. Please submit a brief company history, including product line and how your company services the industry along with a picture or logo to be published. We suggest a guideline of 50-60 words. Images should be either an eps or tiff file with a 300 dpi. If you exhibited at EuroTab 2015 please let us know if you would like us to repeat your previous entry. Prompt return of your company’s entry is vital. Please e-mail us your company description no later than May 6, 2016. EXPRESS COURIER SHIPMENTS We recommend to not use express/courier service for the transport of your exhibition goods to the exhibition. Even if courier services always offer door to door service they usually are not able to clear customs bonded goods through customs and they usually fail to deliver goods during the running of the build up on to the exhibition stand. Should you although decide to ship via express/courier to your exhibition stand directly please kindly make sure that there will be a representative at your stand to accept your delivery. If there is no representative on your stand when delivery takes place courier services usually take goods back to terminal. Upon request BTG Expo will be able to sign for the receipt of express/courier cargo if client will not be present during stand-delivery. BTG will take goods into storage and deliver to the exhibition stand upon request against a deliver order fee which will be payable in advance before delivery.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANDLING & CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF“TOBACCO & TOBACCO PRODUCTS” As tobacco and tobacco products are considered to be a very sensitive commodity and since the import into Poland is connected with long and complicated customs procedure you are kindly requested to pay special attention and follow the below mentioned instructions in regards to the handling of your Tobacco and Tobacco products very carefully. The Costs for customs clearance and handling your products will be advised upon request only. In order to avoid any problem in customs clearance or stand delivery you are kindly requested to not arrange any transport of tobacco and tobacco product to the exhibition without our prior confirmation!!!! Please be informed that importation of tobacco and tobacco products are subject to special import permissions which must be applied in advance at customs chamber in Poland. The cases / packing must be strong enough to avoid damage during transportation as well as unpacking and in particular, be suitable for re packing.Packing in cartons, plastic covers and similar materials is not considered suitable for repeated handling ,especially for valuables or delicate equipment UNLOADING / LOADING OF LARGE MACHINES AT THE FAIRGOUND All exhibitors must be on site to direct the operation of unloading, delivery to the stand and positioning. If exhibitors are not present during unloading/loading and we are requested to unloading / load and place exhibits unsupervised, we shall handle this operation at the exhibitor’s risk. If a mobile crane or forklift with capacity more than 3 tons is requested for unloading / loading your exhibits from truck onto ground and vice versa you should sent handling instructions to us in advance.. UNPACKING/REPACKING ON SITE Upon Request we will assist you in physical unpacking and installation of exhibits, however exhibitors must supervise and be responsible for these operations. A representative of the company must be onsite during the build up period. If exhibitors will not be present but has instructed us to arrange unpacking/repacking unsupervised on their behalf, we shall handle these operations only at the exhibitors risk. INSURANCE & LIABILTY We operate exclusively in accordance to the latest version of the German Forwarder´s General Terms and conditions of trading (ADSp - Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen) The Forwarders custody ends with the delivery of the consignments to the exhibitor’s stand, even if the exhibitor or his representative is not present. For the return transport the liability begins with the collection from the stand, even if the transport documents were handed over to the forwarder before. The official on site handling tariff does not include any insurance coverage and all work is undertaken by us at Exhibitor’s risk.
