Homework from the text will be assigned daily but not collected. The weekly quizzes in the recitation sections will cover material from homework and lectures. The lowest quiz grade will be dropped. Therefore, NO MAKEUPS will be given for the first quiz missed, regardless of the reason. Makeups will be arranged for exams if proper documentation is available. NO LATE LAB ASSIGNMENTS will be accepted. On exams and quizzes, you may use a calculator, one 8½" 11" page of notes (front and back), and all of the pertinent tables. On the midterm and final exams, you need to bring a Scantron form 882, a number 2 pencil, and a PSU-issued photo ID. No wireless-capable devices may be used during exams. If you have a disability and are in need of academic accommodations, please notify the professor immediately to arrange the necessary supports. The Midterm Exam is Tuesday, February 11.
