non-TAL effectors in Xoo Chinese strain 13751. The confirmation of the mutation of

the nine identified T3SS non-TAL effector genes (xopW13751, xopF13751, xopAE13751,

xopN13751, xopY13751, xopAA13751, xopAB13751, xopP13751 and xopR31751) by PCR was

shown in a-i. The deletion mutants of xopW13751, xopF13751, xopN13751, xopAB13751,
