NEW FEATURE > EVENT PUBLIC VIEW OPTIONS

New Event Public View Options: List, Calendar and Grid What are the new features? ML Schedules™ Facility Use Software now allows School Districts to display their Event information within their public website in three different visual formats: • List

• Calendar

• Grid

District-wide display of events on a public web page is controlled within ML Schedules™ software using the Show Event Details to the Public setting on the Provider Admin screen: • Show displays the event name, start and end times, and select details on the District website. • Hide displays the text “Not Available” on all event entries displayed in a District’s web-based calendar. IMPORTANT: The display of events from a District’s ML Schedules Software account onto its public website is implemented by the District’s webmaster using the code found in the Provider Help page accessed from the Admin menu. This Tech Note provides: • Examples of each option for the public view of Events, and; • Instructions for the District webmaster to locate the desired View code from its ML Schedules™ software account that needs to be pasted into the District website. Example of a District’s Public View Calendar as shown in its public website. The ML Schedules™ event data is being displayed on the web page using the Calendar format.
