Ogive optimization code availability: The Ogive optimization toolbox (OOT) is available through the Mathworks Fileexchange: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/53545-ogive-optimization-toolbox

Please find an informal manual (.pdf) within the toolbox directory. Upon initiation the toolbox will automatically check for more recent versions on the Mathworks website and notify the user if updates are available. Secondly, the toolbox includes a number of example cases from the paper (Abisko, POLY1 and ICE1 sites) for the user to experiment with. These test cases are activated by initiating the main routine (Ogive_optimization.m) without any input. The mathworks fileexchange supports only small submissions. Hence, the OOT has been programmed to first attempt a one-time only download of the data for the respective test cases and unzip the data into the appropriate subfolders automatically. Barring any complications the user will automatically be prompted when the testcases are available.
